Urgently looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
•  Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
•  Helping draw up plans for future personnel needs.
• Counselling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally.
•  Oversee employee services such as health and safety as well as sports and social facilities.
•  Create, implement and manage onboarding plans.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Good decision-making skills.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
