Job Description :

Duties:

• Develop and implement creative leasing strategies to improve trade and maximize income of the properties
• Deliver net property income growth and valuation gain targets by managing the annual operating budgets, cost planning , controls requisites
• Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration/ Real Estate or related disciplines
• Min 5 years commercial asset management related experience from property developers/real estate funds
• Proficiency in Mandarin Cantonese and English is a must
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Excellent analytical skills.
