Project Manager - Construction

Job Description :

Duties:

• Collaborate with consultants, authorities, contractors and other personnel to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning
• Plan, execute and manage overall project development from inception to completion
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management/ Architecture/Surveying/ Engineering
• Min 7 years practical experience in property developers and/or professional firms
• Good skills in drawing like AutoCAD, Sketch-up etc.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and Chinese
