Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced IT Recruiter in Pune.

Job Details:

  •  Develop and maintain relationships with line of business leaders, direct hiring managers and HR   leaders.
  •  Fostering interaction with prospective talent to effectively market and sell opportunities.
  •  Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications for placement.
  •  Utilize online job boards to source and identify candidates for current and future needs.
  •  Conduct reference checks, extend offers, and negotiate contracts.
  •  Follow processes and procedures for set up of hired candidates.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Three years experience in same field.
  •  Strong decision-making skills.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
