A leading company looking for an experienced Estimator Cum Quantity Surveyor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Preparation of bill of Quantities, preparation of bills for PWD, PIU.
• Preparation of daily, monthly & weekly project reports.
• Execution of work as per IS codes.
• Preparation of BBS, sub contractors bill and etc.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the client .prepare and analyse costings for tenders 6.Allocate   work to subcontractors.provide advice on contractual claims.Item description as per standard.

Job Requirements:

• Eight years experience in the same field.
• Engineering Degree holder.
• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
