Duties:
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Coordinate organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Requirements:
- Applican must be a graduate
- Previous relevant experience of 5 years
- Be a smart and presentable.
- Excellent coordination skills.
