Project Manager - Commercial Laboratory

Job Description :

Duties:

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Assign project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Enhance comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Key account management or related field
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
