Job Description :

Duties:

• Make out competitive landscape in local markets, discover market insights and identify customer pain points
• Drive the development of digital channel, customer journey, business cases, use cases, process flows, business requirement and wireframes;
• Manage channel partners; Enhance customer relationship in any product related engagement
• Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Business/ Accounting/ Finance or relevant discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a product development or related role.
• Previous experience in financial institutions is highly preferred
• MS Office skills
• EXcellent communication and managerial skills.
