Looking for an experienced Office Secretary in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Greeting clients and handling telephone calls.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handling and booking for travel arrangements for our team.
  • Prepare and maintain minutes of the company meetings.
  • Circulate the minutes and reports in a structured and timely manner.
  • Maintaining office systems and data management systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
