Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Office Secretary in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Greeting clients and handling telephone calls.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handling and booking for travel arrangements for our team.
- Prepare and maintain minutes of the company meetings.
- Circulate the minutes and reports in a structured and timely manner.
- Maintaining office systems and data management systems.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- One year experience in the same field.
- Well versed in MS Office.
