Job Description :
Looking for a secretary in Bahrain.
Job Details:
- Manage expense authorization and expense reporting for the division.
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information, and identifying trends.
- Manages office communications with corporate resources to include Facilities and IT/helpdesk.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Maintains office staff by orienting and training employees.
Job Requirements:
- Strong organization skills.
- Proficiency in word processing required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Degree holder.
