Looking for a secretary in Bahrain.

Job Details:

  • Manage expense authorization and expense reporting for the division.
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information, and identifying trends.
  • Manages office communications with corporate resources to include Facilities and IT/helpdesk.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Maintains office staff by orienting and training employees.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong organization skills.
  •  Proficiency in word processing required.
  •  Excellent communication skills.
  • Degree holder.
