Job Description :

Duties:

• Work as a trusted business partner to give advice in managing legal risk while achieving business goals.
• Analyze and draft commercial contracts including commercial leasing, distribution, marketing, procurement agreements and so on.
• Make sure compliance programs, trainings are rolled-out in time with quality.
• Requirements:
• Must be a Degree holder in law.
• 10 years of working experience in legal field.
• Experience in retail industry is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
