A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Expedite customer orders where necessary.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries, develop strong relationships with your portfolio of customers.
  • Proactively work to resolve issues on behalf of your clients.
  • Handle incoming calls for both sales and service calls.
  • Handle service requests in the applications system supplied by Center Parcs.
  • Generate sales through understanding customer needs and creating desire.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Computer and Web proficient.
  • Good communication Skills.
