A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent in Philippines.

Job Details:

• Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients.
• Checks mail, fax and internet mail to provide customer assistance.
• Manages computer/on-line guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer queries..
• Communicates with customer on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns.
• Providing travel insurance quotes and cover using our bespoke web-based software
• Answering telephone and webchat queries regarding amendments to existing policies and previously issued quotes

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good English language conversation skills.
• Good communication Skills.
