Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Executive Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Coordinate and direct all food production, from prep all the way through to service.
•  Maintain an adequate supply of all food items such as meat, groceries, perishables, etc. used at the   resort.
•  Assure that only the quantities of items scheduled for use are requisitioned from the storeroom.
•  Prepare cost saving annual budgets and ensure all fiscal responsibilities are met.
•  Assists in ensuring schedules are complete based on a forecast.
•  Establish and maintain a consistent commitment to an amazing customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Communication and leadership skills.
•  Strong organization and time management skills.
