Field Service Technician

Job Description :

Duties:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with Windows Operating Systems, desktops, laptops, printers, digital senders, video teleconferences, VOIPs, and other standard office equipments
• Operate & maintain servers and storage devices
• Track entire work in designated systems, Make sure completeness & accuracy of tickets, escalate issues as needed
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree  with  4 yrs experience OR Master’s Degree with 2 yrs experience
• Computing Environment certification [CCNA:R&S, MCSA:Server12 or 16, MCSA: Windows 10]
• Knowledge in applying patches and updates to workstations both locally and remotely, and using PowerShell, RDP etc.
