Senior Accountant Required

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Senior Accountant in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Create required journal entries into the general ledger and consolidation system.
• Reconcile opening and closing reported information to supporting documents and the general ledger and consolidation systems.
• Review financial projections and assist with business valuation activities for property, plant and equipment as well as intangible assets.
• Analyze due diligence material to understand company background and financial projections.
• Able to participate in discussions with Corporate Development, Legal, Treasury and Tax and Valuation Specialist teams on special   transactions.
• Assist with the regulatory compliance reporting of deal transactions (trade filings, etc.).

Job Requirements:

• B.Com Graduate holder.
• One year experience in accounting.
• Well versed in MS Office and Tally.
• Good communication skkills in English.
