Job Description :

Duties:

Offer excellent customer service to customers and to educate on wine selection
Well handle customer enquiries and complaints
Provide general administrative assistance including file maintenance, ad-hoc projects/events, and other daily in-shop matters
Requirements:
Diploma or above
Minimum 1 year experience
Fluency in English
WSET certification is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
