Job Description :

Duties:

Support covering broad ranging corporate and commercial, as well as regulatory matters in both local and overseas/cross-border context.
Drafting and negotiating contracts and provide advice to support company policies, structure and new business initiatives
Requirements:
Hong Kong qualified lawyers are needed
At least 5 years of post-qualification experience
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Good communication and presentation skills.
