Job Description :

Duties:

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
Predict/Calulate the cost of various materials required for the project
Liaise with the client and other construction professionals like site managers, site engineers, project managers
Requirements:
Degree (minimum) in Quantity Surveying/Building or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from property developer or consultant
Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English
Excellent analytical skills.
