Project Manager (fit-out)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Assign project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Enhance comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Requirements:
• Degree in Building/Project Management or equivalent discipline
• Professional accreditation preferable (RICS, CIOB etc)
• 5-8 years of experience in the Retail, Hospitality, Commercial or Data Center sectors 
• Written & spoken English and Cantonese is must
