Job Description :

Duties:

  • Perform investment dealing services whenever required.
  • Work together with the team to identify opportunity for process enhancement
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on delivering timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and service issues
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum a Degree
  • 6 months to 4 years of investment customer service or dealing experience
  • HK SI 1,7,8 is a must
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
