Job Description :
Duties:
- Keep up the billing system to ensure smooth running of day to day billing activities
- Reporting on and escalating any issues affecting the operations of the system
- Prepare test cases and routing diagrams for various traffic requisites
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Subex Billing System
- Working knowledge of telecommunications
- Fluency in English
