Job Details:

•  Input and process all customer orders received within agreed target times.
• To proactively update customers on sales orders placed and deal with any customer queries in a timely manner.
• Record and manage customer complaints to a successful conclusion and within agreed timescales.
• Appropriate administration tasks as required.
• To continually identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• To greet and deal with visitors on site.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
