Looking for an experienced Receptionist in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Post service calls in the system.
  • Enter vending collection slips.
  • Take coffee orders and prepare coffee invoices in Quickbooks.
  • Send out monthly coffee statements.
  • Maintain contact and vehicle lists.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Well versed MS Office.
  • Good communication skills in English.
