Duties:

• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Prepare presentations and pitching partnerships with businesses tailored to theircustomers.
• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role bringing in new business.
• Must have fluency in English.
• Excellent knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry.
• EXcellent sales maangerial skills
• Be a smart and presentable.
