- Product Manager - Saas Technical Service
Job Description :
Duties:
- Plan, design, develop and test enterprise information SaaS product and make efficient technical process
- Offer SaaS solution design according to customer needs and provide daily SaaS service support
- Research the SaaS products evolution and SaaS service support methods
- Manage SaaS product on different clouds
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- SaaS service and technical support experience preferred.
- Ability in SaaS product development on cloud with ASP, PHP, Java, .NET etc ,familiar with SaaS research and development process
