Export Sales Manager

Job Description :

Duties:

• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Requirements:
• Degree preferably in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics or equivalent 
• Minimum 8 years managerial level experience in small to medium size export trading companies
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin 
• Excellent analytical and managerial skills
