Urgently looking for an experienced Executive Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Prepare cost saving annual budgets and ensure all fiscal responsibilities are met. 
•  Oversees all culinary employees to achieve budgetary, food quality and customer service expectations.
•  Estimates production needs on a daily and weekly basis.
•  Implement safety training and accident prevention practices.
•  Prepares weekly schedule based on business forecast and budget.
•  Help design new recipes and planning of menus.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong organization and time management skills.
•  Excellent communication skills.
