Captain / Asst Captain - Western Cuisine/cafe

Job Description :

Duties:

• Greets Member, take orders, makes reservations, ensures the sequence of service is being followed
• Provide the best possible service that exceeds Members and guests’ expectations
• Maintains high levels of sanitation standards of the outlet.
• Requirements:
• High School Diploma (minimum)
• 3 years or above relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Good command of spoken English (spoken Cantonese is preferred).
• Good leadership skills
• Good communication & presentation skills.
