Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Senior Quality Analyst in Trissur,Kerala.

Job Details:

  • Ensure that Incidents are analysed for themes, trends and repeat occurrences, and reported and escalated accordingly.
  • Provide support to internal and external Assurance assessments.
  • Develop, support and report against Assurance/Quality KPIs.
  • Support continuous training requirements for Event Management processes/procedures.
  • Provide coaching/mentoring/Guidance to those involved in the Event Management Process.
  • Support Assurance/Quality process & system Improvements, delivery, analysis and reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience is required.
  •  IT design and integration skills.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
  • Good communication Skills.
