Duties:

  • Keep up and support the technical platform to provide good availability, performance and security.
  • Resource monitoring, performance monitoring, fault detection, backup and recovery, security administration, and such regular network/system/database management functions
  • Requirements:
  • Deskside support experience with prior exposure to banking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team leading experience and skills
  • Be a smart with good analytical skills.
