Job Description :

Duties:

  • Support the team for fundraising by exploring new institutions & high-net-worth clients
  • Prepare information for financing, responsible for organizing PPM, LPA agreements, PPTs writing and reporting etc.
  • Assist in developing new institutional investors and the maintaining existing investors, including regular visits and AGM planning
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years experience in investor relations
  • IR experience with USD fund is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
