Job Description :
Duties:
- ER avoidance and mitigation : mediation, advise, train and support manager on ER culture and issues
- Grievance management: conduct investigations and facilitate disciplinary/complaint process or assist in the process.
- Partner with global HR team to syndicate HR support for the business.
- Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in HR
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies and processes
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
