Duties:

  • ER avoidance and mitigation : mediation, advise, train and support manager on ER culture and issues
  • Grievance management: conduct investigations and facilitate disciplinary/complaint process or assist in the process.
  • Partner with global HR team to syndicate HR support for the business.
  • Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in HR
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
