Job Description :

Duties:

ER avoidance and mitigation : mediation, advise, train and support manager on ER culture and issues
Grievance management: conduct investigations and facilitate disciplinary/complaint process or assist in the process.
Partner with global HR team to syndicate HR support for the business.
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in HR
Excellent knowledge of HR policies and processes
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
