Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Receptionist in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Answers and directs incoming calls.
  • Handles all site-access related tasks in adherence with corporate security policies (manages badges, visitor log, accompanies visitors,   investigates alarms, etc.).
  • Provides visitors with Wi-Fi guest-accounts for online access.
  • Coordinates repair requests (tickets) with landlord.
  • Manages the appearance of the lobby and conference rooms and makes sure that all public spaces are tidy and stocked with typical   supplies: lobby, conference rooms, mail room, lunch room.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills.
