Job Description :

Duties:

Offer First tier level deskside support to end users through email, phone or in person
Make sure that Hardware/ Software runs smoothly during daily operation
Opportunities to cross over different IT projects to further develop the IT skills for future career development
Requirements:
Diploma (minimum) in IT or Computer related disciplines
1-2 years of relevant experience in IT related field is preferable
IT Certificates holder will be definitely a plus point
Skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
