Job Description :

Duties:

Provide First tier level deskside support to end users through email, phone or in person
Opportunities to cross over different IT projects to further develop the IT skills for future career development
Requirements:
Diploma ( Minimum) in IT or related discipline
1-2 years of relevant experience in IT related field is preferred
IT Certificates holders are highly preferred.
Skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
