Mechanical Inspector Required

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Mechanical Inspector in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Performs on-site inspections of new and existing one- and two-family dwellings, structures, or systems for compliance with applicable   mechanical, energy conservation, building,and zoning codes and ordinances.
• Acts as a resource to contractors, the public, design professionals and other interested parties on matters relating to mechanical code   requirements and construction techniques and practices.
• Interprets construction and systems plans, specifications and related documents to provide accurate and consistent interpretations of   code requirements to builders, contractors,homeowners, developers and the public.
• Investigates unsafe, hazardous or illegal conditions.
•  Performs final inspections for occupancy permits.
• Investigates complaints of code violations, including explaining to builders, contractors, homeowners, developers and the general   public, the alternatives to correct such violations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• One year experience in construction field.
• Well versed in AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English.
