Job Description :

Duties:

  • Assist the repair & maintenance of the building fabric / structure as well as the plumbing & drainage installation at Tung Chung Citygate
  • Handling fit-out works, repair and refurbishment projects, preparing tender documents
  • Oversee contractors’ works, preparing & implementing corrective and planned maintenance schedules.
  • Requirements:
  • Must hold a Bachelor Degree
  • Min.3 years’ experience in building maintenance, alternation/addition works andfitting out
  • Good PC skills including AutoCAD, MS Project, Word and Excel
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  •
