Job Description :
A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative-Technical Support in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Answering customer calls and actively listening to identify their issues.
- Building customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.
- Troubleshooting problems and resolving a range of customer issues from device, to billing, to service concerns.
- Operate a variety of office equipment including copier/printers, scanners, and fax.
- Maintain a clean,well-organized, and orderly work area to assist staff working all shifts.
- Work together as a team when working through tasks with other staff.Provide back up to your team as needed and requested.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience is required.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
- Management Skills.
