A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative-Technical Support in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Answering customer calls and actively listening to identify their issues.
  • Building customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.
  • Troubleshooting problems and resolving a range of customer issues from device, to billing, to service concerns.
  • Operate a variety of office equipment including copier/printers, scanners, and fax.
  • Maintain a clean,well-organized, and orderly work area to assist staff working all shifts.
  • Work together as a team when working through tasks with other staff.Provide back up to your team as needed and requested.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
  • Management Skills.
