A leading Company Looking for an experienced Database and System Helpdesk in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Responsible in providing technical assistance to internal and external users of IT Service.
  • Management tool of the company.
  • Prepare tool manuals and guidelines for end user and provide training.
  • Coordinate with other teams for system implementation and improvement.
  • Analyze problem to identify possible solution on technical errors.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related course.
  • Knowledgeable in using computer.
