Job Details:

  •  Answering customer calls and actively listening to identify their issues.
  • Building customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.
  • Troubleshooting problems and resolving a range of customer issues from device, to billing, to service concerns.
  • Engage in a professional and polite telephonic conversation with the customer.
  • Research customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Handle calls that ensures service level requirements that exceeds expectations.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • Must have analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
