Job Description :
A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Answering customer calls and actively listening to identify their issues.
- Building customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.
- Troubleshooting problems and resolving a range of customer issues from device, to billing, to service concerns.
- Engage in a professional and polite telephonic conversation with the customer.
- Research customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Handle calls that ensures service level requirements that exceeds expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience is required.
- Must have analysis and problem solving skills.
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
- Good communication Skills.
