Job Description :

Duties:

Excecuting strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
Producing long-term business plans;controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
Prepare and interpret reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and commercial statements
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in related disciplines.
3 years of relevant experience (minimum)
Experience in tendering or subletting will be a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills
EXcellent analytical and managerial skills.
