Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Duties:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Predict/Calulate the cost of various materials required for the project
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals like site managers, site engineers, project managers
• Acquire or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on project construction
• Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building Studies/related disciplines.
• At least 3 years or above of quantity surveying experience, site experience with contractor will be advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Be a smart person with analytical skills.
