A leading Company Looking for an experienced Production Support Analyst in Kochi,Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Participates in/performs intermediate system analysis and troubleshooting to implement new   functionality/programs/applications.
• Researches, configures, tests and implements new functionality/programs/applications to support a business need.
• Coordinates and works with experienced stakeholders on troubleshooting issues of intermediate to advanced complexity   and contributes to system design solutions.
• Monitors, develops, maintains, and manages reports, including ad hoc reports.
• Data analysis and support of key department deliverables (e.g. EOCs and ID Cards).
• Helps design, develop, and implement new and improved processes, and tools and system enhancements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.
