Job Description :
A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Care Specialist in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Promptly and accurately document relevant call information in TASC’s systems to ensure subsequent quality service to customers .
- Facilitate problem resolution and continuous customer satisfaction improvement efforts by escalating necessary customer issues through the resolution process.
- Achieve standards for exceptional performance set for productivity, reliability, efficiency, and quality.
- Operate within TASC’s guidelines pursuant to the Employee Handbook and all Policies and Procedures.
- Perform additional duties as requested by Supervisor and/or Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
- Management Skills.
- Good communication Skills.
