A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Care Specialist in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Promptly and accurately document relevant call information in TASC’s systems to ensure subsequent quality service to   customers .  
  • Facilitate problem resolution and continuous customer satisfaction improvement efforts by escalating necessary customer   issues through the resolution process.
  • Achieve standards for exceptional performance set for productivity, reliability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Operate within TASC’s guidelines pursuant to the Employee Handbook and all Policies and Procedures. 
  • Perform additional duties as requested by Supervisor and/or Management.   

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
  •  Management Skills.
  • Good communication Skills.
