A leading Company Looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Monitor quality of calls and emails.
  • Responsible in double checking agent performance.
  • Improve metrics of agents by conducting one on one coaching.
  • Support team leader in improving member’s performance.
  • Responsible in preparing weekly and monthly metrics report.
  • Handle 2 hours of phone calls everyday.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Good communication Skills.
