Job Details:

  •  Responsible in providing 1st level technical support using basic technical skills.
  • Conduct investigation and documentation for system incidents and reports.
  • Resolve technical related queries.
  • Interpret errors/problems and escalate it to the other team.
  • Maintains good relationship with the customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Good communication Skills.
