Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Duties:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals like site managers, site engineers, project managers
• Acquire or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on project construction
• Requirements:
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field. 
• Min. 4 years relevant working experience in Hong Kong 
• Experience in large scale of Civil / Infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Cantonese 
• Excellent analytical skills.
