A leading Company Looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Monitor and support the internal clients for the technical related concern.
- Responsible in translating the issues, request and concern using technical tools.
- Assist inquiries such as troubleshooting through call or email.
- Investigate and resolve problems in the company’s systems and services.
- Participate in managing the development of internal support services.
- Receive and process requests/issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience is required.
- Proficient in both Spanish and English.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
- Good communication Skills.
