Job Description :

Duties:

  • -Preparing relevant reports, designs and drawings
  • -Calculating loads and stresses;selecting appropriate construction materials
  • -Providing technical advice;administering contracts
  • -Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors; inspect properties to check conditions/foundations
  • Requirements:
  • Higher diploma in Building Studies/Structural/Construction Management or related field
  • 3 years (minimum) relevant working experience in  Building Construction
  • Experience in Residential, HKHA or ASD projects is preferred   
  • Be a smart and presentable with good analytical skills.
